We are seeking a detail-oriented and solution-driven Digital Product Operations Specialist to join our team. As a key member of the digital operations department, you will be responsible for ensuring the seamless launch of Nicobar's collections online.
Your primary focus will be on product accuracy, campaign readiness, and maintaining the overall digital experience for our customers. This role requires strong attention to detail, proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets, and a basic understanding of e-commerce platforms.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams to execute homepage and landing page updates, populate product attributes, manage co-ords & bundles, and perform hygiene checks. Additionally, you will assist in resizing and delivering banners, circles, and search imagery on time for launches and promotions.
Maintaining trackers for launches, exclusives, and weekly performance is also a critical aspect of this role. You will be responsible for ensuring accountability and visibility throughout the process
