Requirements –
Education & Qualification
Chartered Accountant (CA) – preferred, OR
Semi-qualified CA / CA Inter with relevant experience.
Experience
1–3 years of relevant experience in Direct Tax Litigation, Corporate Law compliances, and Audit.
Technical Skills
Strong knowledge of the Income Tax Act, Direct Tax Litigation, and Corporate Laws.
Hands-on experience with tax assessments, appeals, audits, and compliance filings.
Proficiency in MS Office and online tax/ROC filing portals.
Ability to draft legal documents, replies, and submissions effectively.
Soft Skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent drafting and communication abilities (English & Hindi).
Ability to work independently while managing multiple assignments.
Client-oriented and deadline-driven.
.Responsibilities
Handle Direct Tax matters including return filings, assessments, appeals, and litigation support.
Draft and file submissions, replies, and representations before tax authorities.
Assist with corporate law compliances (ROC filings, board resolutions, statutory records).
Conduct and support tax audits, statutory audits, and internal audits.
Research and analyze updates in Income Tax and Corporate Law for client cases.
Coordinate with clients, seniors, and authorities to ensure timely completion of assignments.
Maintain proper documentation and working papers for audits and litigation
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
