Responsibilities
This role is central to shaping my clients long‑term BOO/BOOT strategy across the region and will work closely with senior global leadership, investors, and strategic partners
Project Origination & Market Development
Identify, screen, and prioritize greenfield/brownfield BOO/BOOT opportunities across industrial water, water reuse, desalination, wastewater, ZLD/MZLD, and critical minerals recovery
Build a high-quality project pipeline using market intelligence, direct outreach, and industry relationships
Qualify opportunities based on technical viability, regulatory pathways, commercial returns, and strategic fit
Develop investment pitches, proposals, and presentations for customers, partners, lenders, and investors
Secure early-stage commitments-LOIs, MOUs, and other agreements-to advance opportunities toward bankability
Feasibility, Techno-Commercial Analysis & Deal Execution
Lead feasibility and pre‑FEED assessments (technical, economic, environmental)
Oversee or support financial modelling (NPV, IRR, DSCR) to inform go/no‑go and investment decisions
Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, pre‑contract teams, EPC partners, and offtakers to validate key assumptions
Manage federal, state, and local permitting activities
Negotiate terms with EPC contractors, technology partners, customers, and offtakers
Drive deal progression through the full development lifecycle toward FID
Financing & Investment Structuring
Work directly with the CFO and project finance advisors to structure debt/equity packages
Prepare sources/uses, support due diligence, and coordinate with investors, lenders, and public agencies

We are seeking a Director of Build, Own & Operate (BOO) - North America to lead the origination, development, and commercialization of complex industrial water and critical minerals projects-from concept to financial close. This role is central to shaping my clients long‑term BOO/BOOT strategy across the region and will work closely with senior global leadership, investors, and strategic partners.

Key Responsibilities
1. Project Origination & Market Development
