Great Opportunity
This role will be responsible for leading the firm’s capital formation execution for a national multifamily investment fund. This individual will oversee the full lifecycle of fundraising activities, including investor sourcing, relationship management, and closing capital commitments from accredited investors. This role requires a professional with a demonstrated track record of directly raising private capital and the ability to engage high-net-worth individuals and other sophisticated investors through a relationship-driven approach. This is a senior, front-facing role perfect for someone who can open doors, build a scalable distribution engine, and position Security Properties as the go-to investment firm for individuals looking to create generational wealth.

The base salary for this position is between $190,000 - $210,000 annually.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Execute a U.S. fundraising strategy for a differentiated, performance-driven national multifamily investment fund.
Work in close partnership with the investor marketing team to drive top-of-funnel outreach as well as mid- and late-stage fundraising cycles with a strong focus on relationship conversion.
Ensure fundraising activities are conducted in compliance with applicable regulatory requirements, including 506(c) offerings.
Share real-time market insights to inform investment strategy and positioning.
Monitor market trends, competitive landscape, and investor preferences.
Develop, expand, and manage a strong pipeline across high net-worth individuals, consultants, and private wealth managers.
Lead U.S. roadshows, investor meetings, conferences, and due-diligence processes.
Conduct investor meetings, calls, and presentations to communicate the firm’s investment strategy, portfolio approach, and market outlook.
Working closely with the investor relations team to support the development of investor communications, including market updates, webinars, and ongoing relationship management initiatives.
Serve as the primary point of contact for U.S. investors, ensuring consistent communication, transparency, and trust.
Partner with the CIO and investor relations team to align messaging, performance communication, reporting, and investor insights.
Track fundraising progress, investor activity, and pipeline performance using CRM and reporting tools.
Produce monthly pipeline forecasts and activity reports for executive leadership.
Desired Skills and Qualifications
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
Experience with investor relations platforms and CRM systems such as HubSpot and Juniper Square.
Ability to operate effectively in an entrepreneurial, growth-oriented environment.
An existing or accessible network of HNWI is preferred.
Strong storytelling and presentation skills—able to translate performance, strategy, and outcomes into a compelling investor pitch.
Strong experience in working with either an investor or client sales funnel.
Comfortable with cold and warm outreach.
Willingness to travel frequently (up to ~40%).
Education and Experience
Minimum of 7+ years of experience in capital raising, investor relations, sales, or related roles within investment management, private equity, real estate, or alternative investments.
Demonstrated experience raising private capital, including a proven track record of closing significant commitments from accredited investors.
