How You’ll Make An Impact

As the Director, Change Enablement & Culture, you will lead the people strategy and execution for the company’s most critical enterprise transformations, with an initial and significant focus on AI strategy and integration, as well as the rollout and activation of our company values. You will ensure that complex change efforts move beyond ideas and communications into real, sustained adoption, shaping how leaders lead, how team members work, and how culture evolves. This role is designed to grow over time. In addition to AI enablement, you will play a key role in bringing our company values to life, translating them into clear expectations for how work gets done, how decisions are made, and how team members show up for one another. While AI enablement is the primary near-term focus, the scope will intentionally expand to include broader future-of-work, operating model, leadership, and enterprise transformation initiatives as the organization continues to evolve. You will operate as an independent, trusted leader, building strong cross-functional relationships, identifying opportunities and risks, and driving change forward without relying on step-by-step direction. Success in this role requires confidence in leading through influence, navigating ambiguity, and fostering partnerships. This role does not own internal communications or learning curriculum design. Instead, it ensures that communications, learning, leadership behaviors, and day-to-day practices are aligned and working together to drive real, lasting change.

What You’ll Do
• Lead enterprise change enablement for AI strategy and integration, ensuring alignment between technology execution, culture, leadership behavior, and team member experience.
• Translate AI, values, and enterprise transformation strategies into practical, human-centered change approaches that drive understanding, trust, and adoption.
• Partner with leaders to embed company values into everyday behaviors, ways of working, and leadership expectations, ensuring values are experienced, not just communicated.
• Build and sustain strong, trust-based relationships across People & Culture Technology, Learning & Development, Internal Communications, Organizational Culture, Finance, and business leaders.
• Act as the connective tissue across initiatives, ensuring change efforts are coordinated, sequenced, and experienced as intentional rather than fragmented or reactive.
• Equip senior leaders and people managers with the clarity, context, and tools needed to lead through AI-driven and enterprise change.
• Identify cultural, behavioral, and workforce implications of transformation efforts and proactively address resistance, confusion, or change fatigue.
• Define adoption and effectiveness measures; gather feedback and data to continuously refine change strategies.
• Operate with a high degree of autonomy — setting direction, prioritizing work, and moving initiatives forward independently while keeping senior leaders informed.
• Expand scope over time to support additional enterprise transformations, including operating model shifts, leadership transitions, and future-of-work initiatives.
• Lead international integration efforts to ensure consistency in cultural alignment, team member experience, and values across global markets.

What You’ll Need
• 10+ years of experience in change management, organizational effectiveness, culture transformation, or enterprise enablement.
• Demonstrated experience leading large-scale, ambiguous change initiatives, ideally involving technology, AI, People & Culture, or operating model transformation.
• Strong ability to influence and lead through relationships rather than authority.
• Highly organized and execution-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple complex initiatives simultaneously.
• Comfortable operating in fast-evolving environments where strategy and solutions are still taking shape.
• Practical, grounded approach with a strong understanding of how change impacts real people and day-to-day work.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Must have legal right to work in the U.S.
