This Is Not A Typical Operations Role
We are looking for someone to own DTC fulfillment end-to-end at one of the fastest-growing consumer brands.
This is not a role for someone who wants a comfortable job managing spreadsheets.
This is for someone who wants to build and run a world-class fulfillment operation at
massive scale.
Our brands are growing extremely fast, and we expect to ship tens of thousands of orders per day.
Your mission is simple:
Every order ships fast. Every time. No excuses.
What You Are Signing Up For
You will be responsible for ensuring every customer order ships within 24 hours.
At scale.
Our goal is to ship 50,000 orders per day while maintaining a customer experience that feels:
fast
reliable
predictable
Customers should feel like their order was processed immediately and shipped instantly.
You will be the person responsible for making that happen.
What You Will Own
You will take full accountability for all things related to DTC fulfillment.
This includes:
Fulfillment Operations
Oversee all processes that ensure orders are packed and shipped quickly and accurately.
Shipping Carrier Strategy
You must deeply understand:
USPS
UPS
FedEx
DHL
regional carriers
You will constantly optimize:
carrier selection
service levels
shipping zones
postage rates
delivery times
Tracking & Shipment Visibility
Customers expect transparency.
You will ensure:
tracking numbers are created immediately
shipments show real movement quickly
delays are identified and resolved fast
You understand that a tracking number without movement creates anxiety for customers.
That is unacceptable.
Cost Optimization
Shipping is one of the largest cost centers in e-commerce.
You will be responsible for:
negotiating carrier rates
optimizing zone strategies
improving fulfillment efficiency
reducing cost per shipment
While maintaining best-in-class delivery speed.
Systems & Scale
Our goal is to build a fulfillment engine capable of handling:
50,000+ orders per day.
You will build systems that allow us to scale without sacrificing:

reliability
accuracy

Pay: $120,000.00-$200,000.00 per year
