Director of HR
About the Firm :
The organisation is the technology industry's strategic patent monetization partner. We work with the world's top technology companies, law firms, inventors, and start-ups to find the value in their inventions and help them pursue- and defend- that value throughout the ideation to monetization lifecycle
Ideal Candidate :
- An experienced HR professional to oversee our HR department, spanning our India and US teams.
- You will act as a business partner to the leadership team and help to design, implement, monitor, and communicate effective HR policies that help us achieve our business goals.
- Experience in managing workforce both in India and the US is preferable.
- The Director of HR will report directly to the Founders .
Responsibilities :
1. Develop and implement a cohesive HR plan to further improve the companies talent acquisition, retention, and employee engagement
2. Be an effective business partner for the leadership team (including improving current and building new HR policies as needed, implementing the company's culture code, compensation, employee relations, effectively communicate HR policies to the employees)
3. Drive a high-quality performance assessment program (including helping improve the career ladders, boost employee morale, and curate professional development)
4. Improve the Talent acquisition pipeline effectively (including via campus recruitment events, referral program, social media, and other strategies)
5. Build a data driven HR organization (including conducting benchmarking analysis, employee satisfaction surveys, HR OKRs periodic presentations, and an overall focus on HR analytics)
6. Train, groom and as needed hire a strong HR team (including onboarding new tools and partners as needed
