Bachelor’s degree in related field, preferably in content, branding, marketing, communications, or public relations
Minimum of 5+ years’ experience in creative marketing around individual entertainment, music or sports talent
Must have advanced knowledge of developments in celebrity or athlete branding, social media, marketing communications, and trends in the talent representation industry
Prior experience in a creative role, crafting social, digital and/or marketing strategies
Must have an aptitude for new business and a passion for making exceptional and interesting creative work
Position requires considerable flexibility in scheduling and the willingness to travel, work nights, weekends and holidays
Ability to lead individual or team of junior colleague(s) in driving towards client and organizational goals whole also helping guide their own personal development
Strong creative experience and instincts
Advanced skills in Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Canva and other creator tools to create decks, client bios and edit photos
Strong understanding of social/digital media
Well-developed communication skills, creative thinking and writing skills

Benefits
Base salary range: $+5k-+5k plus bonus potential if applicable for role
Actual base salary is dependent on several factors including but not limited to; market dynamics, location and region, experience, specialized skills/training (education), level of responsibility, budgetary considerations, tenure at the company (for current employees), etc

Responsibilities
Responsible for developing a marketing plan and creative strategies tailored for specified clients (individually, a “Client” and collectively, “Clients”) in collaboration with senior agents and each Client’s day-to-day management team
This includes assisting senior agents/Client management teams with creating a plan uniquely tailored to each Client’s marketing, sales, branding, public relations, digital marketing, social media and content development strategy, including through the creation of creative pitch materials
Participates in recruitment of talent when needed
Develop detailed marketing strategies for Clients based on each Client’s specific priorities
Help guide senior agents and Client managers regarding new/interesting/innovative opportunities that may be relevant to specific Clients
Identify, create and support the execution of individual brand plans for elite clients as identified by agents and other team members where appropriate
Brand plans will include brand positioning and support plans, commercial plans and operational plans
Identify, create and support the execution of individual content development plans for elite clients as identified by agents and other team members where appropriate
Content plans will include story telling and narrative building plans
Meet 1-on-1 with Clients as requested by senior agents/Clients to discuss marketing plans
Create creative pitch materials for Clients based on strategies presented, including updating sales sheets for Clients when necessary
Support client public relations staff with respect to public relations opportunities for clients such as charity, award shows, and other events
Keep senior agents and Client managers updated regularly with status of ongoing projects
Develop meaningful relationships with Clients, the creative teams across the Company, the Talent Sales & Marketing team and the Insights & Innovation team and utilize their expertise when necessary
Monitor media, cultural trends and changing sports landscape to keep senior agents, Clients and team members abreast of relevant marketing developments
