Serving as the Senior Director of Accounting and Finance, you will be responsible for leading our finance team, including the Controller, Grants Director, and Financial Planning & Analysis. This role requires a deep understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and compliance with governmental, external funder, and investor requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee the annual budgeting process and ensure alignment with strategic goals and financial stability.
Collaborate with various teams to align grant funding with organizational needs.
Maintain accurate financial records and manage grant accounting.
Direct the annual external audit process and ensure compliance with GAAP and other regulatory requirements.
