Job Profile
The Director of Client & Business Development (DCBD) will be responsible for:
· Developing a go-to-market strategy for Teamarcs’ market research technology solutions and service in the US market
· Aggressively pursue, pitch and acquire new clients and business in the market research and related industries (like advertising, digital media/social media, etc.)
· Front-end all running projects and delivery of proprietary DIY solutions to clients in the US
· Scope and put-together strategic proposals for developing new products, technology solutions, or services to exploit new or emerging opportunities in the market research domain
· Scope and put-together strategic proposals for developing technology solutions and services for expanding into other industry verticals
Working closely and reporting directly to the top management in India, the DCBD is expected to strongly contribute in cultivating new client relationships, and nurturing existing client relationships, to help the company grow its revenue by maintaining strong win rates.
Other key job responsibilities will include:
• Maintaining good margins on projects.
• Maintaining highly professional rapport with company’s internal and external clients.
• Assist product and marketing teams with timely client and market feedback and insights to help them continually improve on the tool’s functionalities
• Consistent demonstration of strong organizational skills and communication skills
• Business travel as needed to meet clients, and attend important conferences and events for professional networking and business development
