Required Qualifications
• Bachelor's Degree
• Extensive experience in business consulting and/or operational leadership
• Strong business and financial acumen
• Experience across various corporate sourcing categories
• Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word, Project, and Visio
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a knack for building rapport at all levels
• Able to present and defend positions effectively to senior management
• Passionate about contributing to an organization committed to enhancing consumer experiences

Preferred Qualifications
• Master's degree or other advanced degree
• Experience in healthcare services
• Six Sigma Black Belt and Agile certification

Additional Information

This is a remote position; however, occasional travel to company offices may be needed for training or meetings.

Pay Range

The estimated starting base pay for full-time employment ranges from $168,000 to $231,000 per year, reflecting individual skills, knowledge, experience, education, and certifications.

This role is also eligible for a bonus incentive plan based on performance metrics.
