We seek an exceptional finance professional to lead our India accounting and finance team.
The ideal candidate is a senior-level leader with:
• Hands-on experience in managing accounting operations for staffing or consulting companies in India.
• Strong expertise in taxation, corporate finance, payroll, GST, TDS, PF, ESI, benefits, and multi-currency accounting.
• Proficiency in Tally ERP and MS Office suite.
• Excellent communication skills and business acumen to understand client compliance needs.
This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and the capacity to manage high-level subsidiary accounting, inter-company transactions, and FEMA/RBI compliance.
The selected candidate will have a degree in Commerce/Accounting/Finance from a reputable university and possess excellent MS Excel, Power BI, and Sharepoint skills.
