We are an IT Director to be responsible for the companys daytoday IT support and to build efficient internal IT systems and processes. You will be responsible for unifying and harmonizing account creation and permissions, and creating machine and networklevel monitoring tools to ensure the availability, integrity, and confidentiality of networked systems/data. As we are still building out a larger IT team, this role may include delegating implementation tasks to contracted professionals, verifying deliverables, and ensuring that their activities align with the longterm goals of our IT infrastructure. In this role, you will also be a key contributor to the companys information security management and work collaboratively across functions to develop solutions that support and grow our Global IT function. Responsibilities:Evangelize and role model a Customer FIRST mindset with a deeper understanding of our domain Lead enduser IT support for the organization, managing a team of one IT Support Technician Design, implement and oversee the maintenance of directory services/domain controller / LDAP. Design, implement and oversee the maintenance of IT applications of Internal functions software for remote accessibility, scalability, and security Manage software access requests in IT Tools like Jira, and Tableau (common tools used across organizations) Provide and revoke access to systems as needed Manage and procure the companys tech devices, keeping a firm grasp on inventory Set up new hire computers and ensure appropriate systems access by the first day of employment Lead IT onboarding/refresher sessions for new hires and/or existing employees Implement systems and processes to help build the IT department with a focus on efficiency and data security Unifying user experience for core services with a focus on SAML authentication Confidential Workspace or Okta experience a plus Lend support in the implementation of new technologies or systems Manage thirdparty vendor relationships, monitoring license needs, and usage Deploy patches as directed in collaboration with the Engineering team Keep welldocumented records of performed activities Build IT knowledge bases and reference guides for employees Requirements: years of IT experience with the SaaS / PaaS product companies B2B / B2C Web applications Experience implementing and managing IT systems such as Jamf Pro, Slack, Atlassian Suite, and 1Password or similar tools Experience as a Confidential Workspace admin and/or Confidential Workspace Certification Experience building and configuring SAML applications A deep understanding of the macOS and its user experience with the ability to remotely troubleshoot a variety of enduser issues Jamf Certification is desirable An ability to work crossfunctionally with and provide direct support to team members at all levels, including senior leadership and nontechnical staff Experience working with a diverse and remote user base, including international users An eagerness to work in an everchanging, fastpaced startup environment Entrepreneurial mentality, hunger, and passion to solve customer problems Thorough documentation abilities and process adherence to culture Demonstrated Customer Centricity and Datadriven approach Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders across functions Job Function: IT Software :Software Products & ServicesIndustry:ITHardware/Networking, TelecomSpecialization:System Administration Qualification: Any GraduateEmployment Type: Full Time
