Overview
We are a well-established high-end residential remodeling company in Fort Worth earning over 6.7 million last year in sales. We are seeking a General Manager / Operations Manager to oversee daily operations across multiple locations.
This is a hands-on leadership role for someone with strong construction experience who can manage people, systems, and customers — and step into construction, office, or sales leadership when needed. You will work directly with ownership and have real authority to run the business.
Responsibilities
Run day-to-day operations across multiple locations
Lead construction, office, and sales teams
Step in as Construction Manager, Office Manager, or Sales Lead as needed
Ensure projects stay on schedule, on budget, and at high-end quality standards
Oversee subcontractors, scheduling, and quality control
Manage customer relationships and handle escalated issues
Review job costing, financials, and reports in QuickBooks
Provide weekly written reports to ownership
Improve systems, accountability, and performance company-wide
Requirements
5+ years experience in residential construction or remodeling
Proven leadership or operations management experience
Strong understanding of job costing, margins, and schedules
Experience with QuickBooks or similar software
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Organized, decisive, and accountable
