Key Responsibilities
Sales Operations:
● Oversee the full sales cycle for commercial and residential elevator packages across North America
● Develop and execute sales strategies to increase market share within the independent elevator contractor segment
● Manage key account relationships (Advantage Partners) and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention
● Lead, coach, and support the sales team in achieving performance goals and expanding into new territories
● Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics and pipeline data to guide decision-making
● Develop a unique support system for entering new territories.
Marketing Strategy & Execution:
● Direct marketing initiatives including brand development, digital marketing, trade shows, and lead generation campaigns
● Oversee the creation of sales collateral, technical documentation, case studies, and digital content
● Drive targeted marketing efforts to support product launches and regional business development initiatives
● Leverage CRM and marketing automation tools to track campaign performance and ROI
● Cultivate strategic partnership with developers, architects, consultants and general contractors.
Operational Leadership:
● Align sales and marketing operations with supply chain, production, and customer support to ensure seamless service delivery
● Develop Business Plan, managing budgets, forecasts, pricing strategies, and profitability targets
● Implement standardized processes and KPIs to optimize internal communication and team performance
● Lead cross-functional initiatives to improve order fulfillment timelines, customer response times, and technical sales support
Minimum Qualifications
● 10+ years of progressive experience in sales, marketing, and operations leadership within the elevator, construction, or mechanical systems industry
● In-depth knowledge of elevator systems, packages, the independent elevator contractor market and regulatory standards across North America
● Proven success in developing and executing go-to-market strategies and managing regional or national sales teams
● Exceptional leadership, strategic thinking, and communication skills
● Experience with CRM and ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite)
● Strong financial acumen and experience managing departmental budgets
● Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field (MBA or equivalent is an asset)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $90,000.00-$110,000.00 per year
