Design the operations and administrative organization across the firm
Assist with the reorganization of our company into a unified firm (v. multiple small firms today)
Post-reorganization, lead team of practice managers and administrators across the firm (today, :40 people, expected to grow to >200 people in next 2 years)
Design, improve, and manage all workflows for tax, accounting, and bookkeeping and setup processes and controls to ensure compliance
We view this as one of the most important roles at the firm and so there is significant opportunity to advance inside the firm for the right candidate
Report to CEO or COO (no COO in place currently)
Role is in office, in Miami, FL
Will require some travel to visit firms across the country
