Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field; MBA preferred. 8+ years of progressive experience in sports marketing, with a proven track record of success. Extensive knowledge of the sports industry, including major leagues, athletes, and fan demographics. Demonstrated success in developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns. Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and analytical skills. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal abilities. Proficiency in digital marketing tools, social media platforms, and analytics software. Experience managing marketing budgets and vendor relationships. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with both in-office and remote team collaboration.
