Whakangungu | Training
Paid training! Our Kaiāwhina Skills Framework training takes place during your first two–four weeks of employment and includes:

We're looking for a compassionate, reliable and proactive Support Worker to join our team. In this role, you will support people with disabilities to live with independence, dignity, and choice.

Providing respectful, person‑centred support in daily living activities
Assisting with community participation, appointments, and social engagement
Supporting personal care needs in a professional and dignified manner
Encouraging independence and helping clients work toward their goals
Maintaining accurate documentation and communicating effectively with the team
Promoting a safe, inclusive, and empowering environment
