Job Description
Coordinate logistics for transporting furniture products, liaising with drivers and delivery personnel to optimize routes and timelines.
Maintain documentation related to shipping and receiving, including packing lists and delivery confirmations, for accurate record-keeping.
Communicate with production and sales teams to address and resolve dispatch-related issues promptly, ensuring customer satisfaction.
Assist in inventory management by monitoring stock levels and updating records for outgoing shipments regularly.
Handle customer inquiries regarding order status and delivery information, providing exceptional customer service.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies during all dispatch operations.
Key Achievements:
Improved dispatch efficiency by implementing a new tracking system that reduced delivery times by 15%.
