Roles and Requirements:
• Booking Loads.
• Route and match loads in a cost-effective manner.
• Need to Monitor any sudden route changes or road construction issues and work with drivers to establish new routes for timely.
• Ensuring the on-time pick up and delivery of loads
• Ensure Driver has all paperwork and load info necessary to complete their load satisfying both customer expectations and HOS regulations.
• Strong ability to multitask and take fast decisions.
• Scheduling and dispatching the Logistics Drivers as well as monitoring workflow to ensure efficient and effective operations.
• Handle customer inquiries in a timely, professional manner.
• Making initial calls to survey the freight market trends.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
Schedule:
• Night shift
Supplemental pay types:
• Overtime pay
• Performance bonus
• Yearly bonus
