The Role
As Display Gallery Manager, you will be responsible for the end-to-end setup, operation and maintenance of luxury display suites. Acting as the on-site custodian, you’ll ensure each space is immaculately presented, fully operational and ready to support sales teams and client interactions at all times.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the full setup and commissioning of display galleries prior to launch
Maintain exceptional presentation standards aligned with a luxury brand
Coordinate suppliers including cleaners, contractors, stylists and maintenance teams
Support sales teams with day-to-day operations, appointments and client interactions
Oversee marketing materials, sales collateral and digital presentation tools
Manage inventory, consumables and hospitality offerings
Ensure all technology, equipment and facilities are fully operational
Coordinate VIP inspections and purchaser experiences
About You

Experience in hospitality, retail, property, events or facilities coordination
Highly organised with strong attention to detail and presentation
Confident managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Strong stakeholder and communication skills
Proactive, hands-on and solutions-focused
Takes pride in creating a premium client experience
