More about the role

As a Dispute & Litigation Paralegal, you will manage your own varied portfolio of contentious consumer matters, working across all group companies. You will also conduct advocacy in the County Court and maintain accurate case management records to support reporting and governance processes.

Beyond day‑to‑day casework, you’ll play a proactive role in helping business units navigate consumer and regulatory requirements. You will advise on dispute avoidance, support our customer contact centres with on‑call guidance, and contribute to the development of strong cross‑functional relationships. You can apply County Court procedural rules effectively and communicate clearly in writing, in person, and in advocacy settings. Your approach combines commercial awareness with a strong customer‑focused mindset, enabling you to deliver outcomes that protect the brand and manage costs responsibly.

You thrive in fast‑paced environments, work effectively under pressure, and make considered decisions based on evidence and business context.
