Deputy Manager-Talent & Acquisition - Manage end to end recruitment processes, developing and executing diverse sourcing/candidate attraction strategies to build strong talent pipelines across the country for back end as well as front end.- Defining recruitment needs, developing / writing job descriptions, and use fair and inclusive hiring practices.- Reviewing applications, conducting telephonic or video interviews, guide candidates through the recruitment process, and respond to general queries, ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience- Coordinating and following up for mandatory documents for facilitating offer letter- Performing HR Operations work such as issuance of offer letters, appointment letters.- Doing reference checks for the critical hires.- Arranging documents for payroll team for facilitating payroll process.- Support on-boarding process to promote a positive experience for new hires, identifying areas for improvement and proposing solutions- Responsible for end-to-end employee experience from on-boarding ,facilitating HR Induction.- Maintaining employee file and keeping track of documents.
