Job Description
Key Responsibilities
1. Document Receiving & Verification
● Receive original certificates and documents couriered from various states such as Kerala, Tamil Nadu, Punjab, Maharashtra, etc
● Verify documents against internal records
● Maintain proper acknowledgment and tracking
2. Documentation Processing Coordination
● Coordinate with concerned processing agencies for Apostille, Attestation, and Postal documentation
● Submit documents for processing and collect completed documents
● Ensure secure and professional handling of original certificates at all times
3. Inter-State Dispatch & Coordination
● Coordinate dispatch of completed documents back to respective state hubs / branch offices
● Support bulk documentation movement to optimize logistics cost and timelines
● Ensure proper packing and documentation prior to dispatch.
4. CRM & Record Management
● Update the CRM with complete and accurate information, including:
○ Document receipt
○ Submission and processing status
○ Dispatch details
○ Tracking information
● Maintain systematic digital and physical records
5. Internal & Partner Communication
● Coordinate with internal teams, branches, and authorized partners regarding document status
● Respond to operational queries related to documentation progress
Required Skills & Qualifications Mandatory
● BA/B.Com/BBA or Graduate in any field. Freshers are also welcome.
● Delhi / NCR based candidate preferred
● High responsibility in handling original certificates
● Basic computer skills (CRM, Excel, Email)
● Attention to detail and data accuracy
● Professional communication skills
Preferred
● Experience in documentation, attestation, visa, or back-office operations
● Familiarity with Apostille / Attestation workflows
● Ability to handle bulk documentation efficiently
Work Nature
