Management Trainee, Record to Report
Were looking for an accounting graduate with prior accounting experience. You should have expertise in Accounting Knowledge in Fixed Assets, Intercompany and Month end closing and reporting.

Responsibilities
In this role, you will be responsible for all the activities related to month end closing activities.
Reporting & consolidations.
Ensure adherence and meeting the KPIs / SLA and review the timely execution of controls
Drive the audit deliverables and timely submission of evidence in line with requirements
Produce quarterly, annual and audited statutory financial statements
Review & Posting of Month End Journal Entries
Review & Performing Month End Close activities
Prepare & Review of Balance sheet Accounts Reconciliations
Handle quarterly intercompany process
Resolution of Balancing Items
Experienced Accounting Knowledge (With Closing & reporting experience)
Build customer relationship, drive confidence, and improve customer happiness and lead all the process update calls with customers whenever required
Find opportunities and recommend solutions for process and automation improvements
Review and control risk in process related to Good knowledge of MJEs, Analysis, Fixed Assets, Payroll Accounting, Lease, Projects and Treasury, Inter-Company, Balance sheet recons.
Handling General Accounting related customer queries
Audit and reconciliations on accounts if required to be done.
Responsible for making daily/monthly reports
Processing manual / routine journal entries, including adhoc journal entries and recurring journal entries. Work towards reduction of manual Journal entries
Language support required
