• As a Client Services Manager at Dreamcast, you will play a crucial role in ensuring client satisfaction and managing client services.

Key Responsibilities

• Address and resolve any issues or concerns promptly to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate and manage all aspects of client services for virtual and hybrid events, webinars, and streaming solutions.
• Ensure seamless execution of event logistics and deliver a superior attendee experience.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing clear and effective communication.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align event services with client expectations.
• Identify potential issues and develop solutions to address them efficiently.
• Utilize strong problem-solving abilities to handle any challenges that arise.
• Manage multiple client accounts and prioritize tasks effectively to ensure timely delivery of Excellent customer satisfaction and customer service skills.
• Strong client services and communication abilities.

• Experience in client relationship management or a similar role is required.
• Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business Administration or a related field
