The Role
The Driver, Open Spaces is responsible for facilitating a clean and attractive Waverley by undertaking maintenance and improvement of Waverley Council’s open spaces. In this position you will deliver clean and appealing public spaces by ensuring that both built and natural assets are protected and enhanced in accordance with Waverley Council policy.
About You
Hold a minimum of a Class HR Driver licence with a good driving record.
A level of physical fitness sufficient to undertake all activities related to driving and labouring and enjoyment of working outdoors.
A current WHS General Construction Induction (White) card, or willing to obtain on commencement of employment.
Willingness to work autonomously and as a part of a team.
Understanding of National Heavy Vehicle Law and Chain of Responsibility requirements.
