Job Description

We are seeking a strong Duty Manager who can lead floor operations and help drive high standards right across the store.

This role requires strong operational focus on the shop floor, shelves and display execution, AVO and ends display changes & refill, product availability, merchandising standards, stock integrity and minimizing gaps to ensure our customers have what they need when they shop with us.

Key Requirements:

Previous supermarket or large format retail experience preferred,
Strong floor operational focus and merchandising discipline,
Ability to lead and influence team while on duty,
Forklift license required,
Manager’s Certificate required,
Strong focus on product availability, shelf checks, fill, stock rotation, AVO/Ends Display execution and quality standards,
Confident communicator and good problem solver on the floor,
SAP related work knowledge and experience,
Days of Work: Sunday to Thursday; both Friday and Saturday off.
Details of hours, remuneration and scope will be discussed with shortlisted candidates in interview.
