QUALI-FICATION : - B.E. MECH
• The candidate should have exposure in Pressure Vessel / Heat Exchanger, Condensers and manufacturing company with a good knowledge.
• Drawing study, materials knowledge CS (Carbon steel), SS (Stainless Steel), AS (Alloy Steel) & SDSS (Super duplex Stainless Steel).
• Familiar with Welding Processes such as SAWM, GTAW , SAW & GMAW etc.,
• 4) Should have knowledge in establishing of WPS, PQR & WPQ. Welder LOG, Weld Maps and Weld repair analysis.
• Working as independent in QA / QC area.
• ASME Codes knowledge.
• NDE Level II in RT, PT, MT , UT & VT etc.,
• U- Stamp certification vessels manufacturing, inspection & Documentation.
