Job Description
Role: Dynatrace.
Desired Experience Range 6 - 8years
Location -Hyderabad , Kolkata, Chennai, Bengaluru, Pune
Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor systems and applications using Dynatrace dashboards.
• Install, configure, and maintain Dynatrace agents
• Implement custom monitoring scripts and templates, Analyse metrics, logs, and traces to detect anomalies and performance bottlenecks
• Design and implement end-to-end observability strategies using Dynatrace.
• Develop and maintain architecture standards, best practices, and governance models for observability solutions.
• Troubleshoot monitoring issues and maintain system reliability, Generate and distribute performance reports to stakeholders.
• Automate monitoring processes and workflow & Fine-tune alerting thresholds and configurations.
• Integrate Dynatrace with other tools (e.g., ITSM, AIOps, and logging platforms).
• Collaborate with DevOps, IT, and business teams to align observability strategies with organizational goals.
• Fine-tune alerting thresholds and configurations, collaborate with incident response teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
Required Skills & Experience:
• Expertise in Dynatrace (One Agent, AppMon, RUM, and Cloud integrations).
• Proficiency in creating dashboards, custom queries, and alerts in Dynatrace
• Hands-on experience with deploying and configuring Dynatrace (One Agent, Synthetic Monitoring).
• Expertise in infrastructure monitoring (servers, databases, networks), Understanding of monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) for applications and infrastructure
• Familiarity with DevOps pipelines (CI/CD) and observability tool integration, Also Basic scripting skills for data analysis (Python, SQL).
• Experience in containerized environments (Kubernetes, Docker) and related monitoring.
• Knowledge of scripting (Python, Bash, PowerShell) for automation.
• Knowledge of application performance monitoring (APM), logs, and synthetic monitoring.
• Solid understanding of Linux/Windows systems and networking basics.
• Strong skills in automation (Ansible, Terraform, or similar tools), Solid understanding of Linux/Windows systems and networking basics.
