Own reporting of KPIs and Sales results.

Handle Influencer Marketing and track KPI's
Answer incoming calls and resolve customer queries and complaints.
Follow up with customers to ensure that their needs have been met.
Achieve and exceed daily, weekly and monthly targets.
Provide feedback to management on customer trends and issues.
