Role Overview
We're seeking a meticulous and technically competent team member to manage product cataloging, stock accuracy, and billing within a structured, schema-driven e-commerce ecosystem. This role demands clarity of process, logical thinking, and visual precision across both physical and digital domains.
Key Responsibilities
• 📸 Upload products to individual catalog portals with optimized visuals, pricing logic, and hierarchical SKU tagging
• 🏷 Generate physical stock labels mapped to categorized inventory with traceable identifiers
• 🔄 Maintain real-time stock levels for offline and online sales across synced logs
• 💳 Handle POS billing, invoice generation, and accurate daily transaction recording
• 🛍 Assist walk-in customers with checkout and reception duties
• 🚚 Coordinate logistics for dispatches, pickups, and returns
• 📊 Prepare daily sales reports and assist in inventory reconciliation and audits
• Required Skills & Experience
🧮 Logical & Schema-Driven Thinking
• Understanding of portal-based product cataloging with attribute mapping
• Familiarity with logical SKU structuring by category, vertical, style, and season
• Experience working within systematic naming conventions and database-like frameworks
• Ability to maintain consistency and scalability in content organization across platforms
• Inventory & Billing Operations
• Strong command over Google Sheets/Excel for stock logs and audits
• Hands-on experience with Vyapar, Tally, or similar billing/invoicing tools
• Process discipline and attention to audit-ready documentation
Visual Content & Styling
• Skilled in mobile or DSLR photography with product styling capabilities
• Organized file management: product images tagged by SKU/category
• Capable of creating WhatsApp-friendly PDFs/carousels for partner and customer outreach
Digital Coordination & Tools
• Proficient in Google Drive, mobile-based documentation, and backend operations
• Comfortable using cataloging platforms and inventory systems
Interpersonal & Multitasking
• Courteous, well-spoken, and solution-driven in customer-facing interactions
• Able to shift seamlessly between reception desk and backend coordination
• Adaptable in a dynamic, fast-paced, founder-led retail environment
Preferred Background
• Fashion retail, garments, or visual merchandising experience
• Worked with resellers, boutique networks, or WhatsApp-based selling models
• Fluent in Hindi (spoken); basic English preferred
