m looking for a skilled and proactive individual to manage and grow my Etsy store. This role involves handling day-to-day shop operations with a strong focus on driving sales, optimizing product listings, and implementing strategies to improve visibility and customer engagement.
Responsibilities:
1. Manage and update product listings (titles, descriptions, SEO)
2. Conduct keyword research to improve search ranking and visibility
3. Implement marketing and promotional strategies (sales, coupons, etc.)
4. Respond to customer inquiries and support issues promptly
5. Analyse traffic, sales data, and customer behavior to recommend improvements
Ideal Candidate:
1. Prior experience managing an Etsy shop or similar eCommerce platform
2. Strong understanding of Etsy SEO, and algorithm
3. Detail-oriented and highly organized
4. Ability to work independently and take initiative
5. Familiarity with Canva, and/or photo editing is a plus
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
