Job Title: E-Commerce & Operations Executive
Key Responsibilities:
E-Commerce Operations:
Manage product listings across various e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify, etc.)
Ensure accurate and up-to-date product information (pricing, descriptions, images, specifications).
Coordinate with internal teams for new product launches, pricing updates, and stock availability.
Monitor and analyze online sales performance, traffic, and conversion metrics.
Manage promotional campaigns, discount codes, and online marketing activities.
Monitor order processing, shipping, returns, and cancellations.
Coordinate with logistics partners to ensure timely deliveries.
Inventory & Backend Operations:
Maintain optimal stock levels across warehouses and e-commerce channels.
Coordinate with procurement and suppliers for stock replenishment.
Perform regular stock audits and reconciliation.
Track vendor performance and resolve operational issues.
Customer Service & Support:
Resolve customer queries, complaints, and escalations in a timely manner.
Coordinate with the customer service team to ensure high service standards.
Monitor customer feedback and suggest improvements to enhance customer experience.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Operations, or related field.
1-3 years of experience in e-commerce operations or supply chain management.
Proficiency with e-commerce platforms (Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, Shopify, etc.)
Knowledge of order management systems and ERP software is a plus.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
