We are seeking a detail-oriented E-commerce Executive with strong expertise in Flipkart and Amazon marketplace management. The candidate will handle brand approvals, cataloguing, promotions, ads campaigns, dispatch coordination, return management, and payment reconciliation. This role is focused on ensuring smooth marketplace operations and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities :
Manage product listings, uploads, and catalogue QC on Flipkart & Amazon.
Handle brand approval, category approval, and compliance submissions.
Optimize product titles, descriptions, keywords, and attributes for better visibility.
Coordinate A+ content, lifestyle images, infographics, and product videos.
Plan and execute promotions, coupons, discounts, and advertising campaigns (Flipkart Ads, Amazon Ads).
Monitor product performance, competitor activity, and pricing trends.
Perform basic payment reconciliation with marketplace reports and settlements.
Coordinate with the dispatch/logistics team to ensure timely order fulfilment.
Manage returns and reverse logistics — resolving issues with marketplaces and coordinating with internal teams.
Troubleshoot listing errors, QC rejections, and compliance issues.
Skills & Requirements
1–3 years of experience in e-commerce operations (Flipkart & Amazon mandatory).
Strong knowledge of Seller Hub (Flipkart) and Seller Central (Amazon).
Experience in brand approvals, ads campaigns, coupons, and promotions.
Familiarity with dispatch coordination and return management.
Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets (bulk uploads, reports, reconciliation).
Basic Photoshop/Canva skills for content support.
Strong problem-solving, communication, and analytical skills.
Preferred (Good to Have)
Experience with FMCG/grocery product listings.
Exposure to automation/AI tools for cataloguing, reporting, and campaign optimization
