Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Manage product listings on marketplaces like Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, and our own D2C website (Shopify/ WooCommerce/ Magento etc.).
Ensure accurate and timely product uploads, including descriptions, pricing, specifications, and images.
Optimize product titles, descriptions, and keywords for better search visibility and conversions.
Coordinate with inventory, warehousing, and logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
Monitor platform analytics and prepare performance reports: traffic, conversion, sales, returns, etc.
Run promotions, discounts, and ad campaigns in coordination with marketing.
Handle customer reviews, ratings, and feedback to enhance product credibility and resolve concerns.
Stay updated with platform policy changes, category trends, and competitor activities.
Requirements:
2–3 years of proven experience in e-commerce operations or digital retail.
Strong understanding of online marketplaces and backend seller portals.
Proficiency with tools like MS Excel, Google Analytics, and e-commerce dashboards.
Basic knowledge of SEO, product ranking, and e-commerce marketing best practices.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
