Job Description
Assist in listing products across marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, etc.) and the company’s own website.
Support in writing product descriptions, updating SKUs, images, and pricing.
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the warehouse or operations team.
Help manage and track online orders, returns, and customer queries.
Coordinate with logistics partners for timely deliveries and issue resolution.
Assist with online promotions, offers, and digital marketing activities.
Conduct competitor research and suggest improvements in product presentation or pricing.
Ensure quality checks on live listings and user experience on the website.
Requirements
Recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, E-commerce, or related field.
Basic understanding of how online marketplaces and e-commerce platforms work.
Familiarity with Excel, Google Sheets, and basic analytics.
Good written and verbal communication.
Ability to multitask and manage deadlines effectively.
