Role Overview:
We’re hiring a driven and detail-focused E-commerce & Logistics Executive / Manager to handle end-to-end online operations and logistics for our wellness products. This role is vital for ensuring efficient order handling, delivery processes, and customer satisfaction through optimized operational workflows.
Responsibilities:
E-commerce Operations:
• Oversee the full order lifecycle including processing, dispatch, and returns across platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, and our own website.
• Coordinate with internal teams to maintain accurate listings, inventory levels, and pricing structures.
• Uphold service quality benchmarks and resolve customer issues within defined TAT.
• Track order performance, analyze sales data, and identify order processing or inventory issues.
Logistics & Dispatch:
• Collaborate with courier partners and 3PL vendors for efficient logistics and delivery.
• Monitor delivery timelines and proactively manage delays or logistic concerns.
• Establish effective packaging and dispatch systems to reduce errors and costs.
• Ensure proper documentation and track return/damage reconciliation.
Inventory & Warehouse Coordination:
• Conduct periodic stock audits to ensure alignment between physical and platform inventory.
• Assist warehouse operations in planning daily dispatches based on real-time order flow.
• Streamline stock movement in line with sales forecasts and demand.
Process Optimization & Reporting:
• Measure KPIs such as delivery lead time, return percentage, and stock turnover.
• Identify gaps and implement process improvements based on analytics.
• Ensure adherence to e-commerce platform policies and logistics SLAs.
• Suggest automation tools to boost workflow efficiency.
Candidate Profile:
• Graduate in Commerce, Supply Chain, Business Admin, or relevant discipline.
• 2–5 years of hands-on experience in e-commerce and logistics management.
• Well-versed with Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, Shopify, etc.
• Familiar with courier tracking systems and OMS platforms.
• Strong in MS Excel and data analysis/reporting.
• Excellent coordination and communication skills.
Salary Range: ₹28,000 – ₹32,000
