Ready to make a real impact on the future of Deloitte? As a Talent Engagement Assistant Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in bringing our national early careers strategy to life within your region. You'll be the driving force behind connecting Deloitte with the brightest emerging talent, building meaningful relationships with key stakeholders and students across schools and universities.

You'll be a trusted advisor to the business, working closely with local leaders to tailor our national approach to your region's unique landscape. This means understanding the nuances of your local market and developing targeted engagement plans that resonate with students, parents, teachers, and careers advisors.

You'll be a visible presence in your region, representing Deloitte at a variety of events and building strong relationships with schools and universities. Expect a dynamic and varied role, with opportunities to present to large audiences and share your passion for Deloitte. During peak season (October - March), you might attend up to four events a week, offering a fast-paced and rewarding experience. We work flexibly as a team, during peak season expect to be travelling and with some evening events.

Beyond execution, we're looking for a strategic thinker. You'll analyse data, measure the success of your initiatives, and identify opportunities to enhance our impact. You'll also have the chance to lead strategic projects for the Talent Engagement team, including managing third-party providers, and share your best practices with colleagues across the firm.

Experience in early careers recruitment or talent engagement.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
Ability to analyse data and report on findings.
Ability to travel to events across your region, and occasionally across the UK.
