Working to develop the capacity of the adults supporting the child
Coordinating support required from other disciplines. This could look like a quick question for another therapist, a joint visit with a consulting therapist, a therapy block with another therapist to address that specialist area or a referral to another division for ongoing support.
Supporting the inclusion and participation of children within their families and communities
Providing consultative support to other Key Workers specific to your discipline/ background
You will also get the opportunity to supplement this role with a clinical position of Positive Behaviour Support Practitioner.
