Seeking newly graduated to experienced CRNAs to join our growing practice at Kadlec Regional Medical Center in Richland, Washington. 10++ compensation package with a base compensation, quality incentive, pager call, and premium pay - work more, earn more!
New Grads Welcome. Earn 248,+00-25+,500 base depending on experience. 12k annual quality bonus. 50k sign on/retention
Minimum year one total compensation is $310,+00 with opportunity to earn more with experience and premium pay.
Earn additional pay via back up pager call from home at $300/night for carrying beeper. 1:20 call rotation.
Flexible schedule with up to 8 weeks time off based on experience,
Averaging 24,000 cases annually through the main OR, out of OR locations and ASCs, plus 2,800 deliveries,
Case mix includes general surgery, trauma, cardiology, vascular, OB, neuro, ortho, genecology, podiatry, plastics, endoscopy, robotic procedures, ENT and pediatrics,
General anesthesia, ultrasound guided regional blocks and neuraxial anesthesia preferred. Willing to train if you are willing to learn!
