Roles and Responsibilities
Reconcile daily sales transactions from various e-commerce marketplaces, including Amazon, Myntra, Nykaa, and others
Ensure accuracy of all transactions and resolve any discrepancies or issues promptly.
Claim payments from marketplaces in a timely manner.
Prepare monthly profit and loss statements and notify management of unit-level P&L to identify opportunities and plug holes.
Collaborate with the accounting team to ensure timely and accurate filing of GST, TDS, and TCS returns.
Monitor inventory and ensure accurate accounting of inventory costs and valuations.
Maintain accurate and organized records of all financial transactions.
Use Excel proficiently to analyze financial data and create reports.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
At least 3-5 years of experience in e-commerce accounting, specifically reconciling payments from marketplaces such as Amazon, Myntra, Nykaa, and others.
Strong knowledge of Indian tax laws, regulations, and compliances related to e-commerce.
Proficiency in using accounting software Busy.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Strong proficiency in Excel.
Prior experience in ecommerce channels is a must. Please do not apply otherwise
