Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Ecommerce Accountant at Baby Forest in Noida. The Ecommerce Accountant will be responsible for managing the company's financial transactions and preparing financial reports. This position requires a candidate to be detail-oriented, analytical, and able to adapt to fast-paced situations with ease.
Reconciliation and follow up for pending invoices of Amazon & flipkart vendor portals like appario , cloudtails & Flipkart PO (B2B) based business models.
Stock reconciliation from e commerce portals
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• At least 2 years of experience working as an Accountant, preferably in E-commerce
• Creditors ageing and vendor balance confirmations
• Sales & Purchase invoice bookings
• Debit Note, Credit Note Entries
• Releasing vendor payments/ adavance payments
• Entering expense bills & TDS deductions
• Vendor & Customer ledger reconciliations
• E-way bill filling & GST payments
• Experience with taxation and preparation of accounting documents is a plus
