Job Description
Responsibilities:
• Manage product listings, pricing, and promotions on marketplaces such as Amazon, Flipkart, Blinkit, Instamart, etc.
• Coordinate with internal teams (design, marketing, and operations) for timely uploads and inventory updates.
• Optimize listings with accurate content, keywords, and high-quality images to improve visibility and conversions.
• Track and analyze sales performance, order fulfillment, and customer feedback across channels.
• Work closely with logistics and warehouse teams to ensure smooth order dispatch and return management.
• Execute and monitor ad campaigns, deals, and offers in collaboration with the marketing team.
• Prepare weekly and monthly reports on sales trends, revenue, and product performance.
• Stay updated on marketplace policies, trends, and competitor activities.
• Support new marketplace onboarding and handle operational compliance.
