Job Overview:
We are seeking a results-driven E-Commerce Sales & Marketing Manager to develop and execute marketing and sales strategies, manage online product listings, and drive revenue growth through digital platforms. The ideal candidate should have experience in sales budget planning, target achievement, and e-commerce operations .
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement marketing and sales strategies to maximize online sales.
• Plan and manage the sales budget while ensuring revenue targets are met.
• Oversee product listings, pricing, and promotions on e-commerce platforms.
• Monitor sales performance, analyze trends, and optimize strategies for growth.
• Ensure a seamless and efficient e-commerce operation , including order management and customer service coordination.
• Work closely with digital marketing teams to drive traffic and conversions.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's/Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in e-commerce sales, online marketing, or digital retail.
• Strong understanding of sales budgeting, target planning, and marketplace operations .
• Proficiency in e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify, etc.) and digital marketing tools.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
