Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced E-commerce Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have over three years of experience in the e-commerce industry, with a strong track record of managing and optimizing e-commerce platforms, specifically Amazon. This role will involve driving sales growth, managing product listings, and optimizing our online presence to ensure maximum visibility and profitability.
Key Responsibilities:
Amazon Platform Management:
•Manage and optimize product listings on Amazon, ensuring all information is accurate and up-to-date.
•Monitor and analyze performance metrics, making data-driven decisions to improve sales and profitability.
•Handle inventory management, pricing strategies, and promotional activities on Amazon.
•Manage customer feedback and reviews, addressing any issues promptly and professionally.
Sales and Marketing:
•Develop and implement e-commerce strategies to drive online sales growth.
•Coordinate with the marketing team to create and execute promotional campaigns.
•Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
•Plan to grow the online business on the basis of various parameters like competitor mapping, pricing, product category.
Operational Management:
•Ensure efficient order fulfilment, working closely with logistics and supply chain teams.
•Oversee returns and customer service processes to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
•Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Amazon policies and ensure compliance with all guidelines.
Prepare product or service reports by collecting and analyzing information. Train team members on listing, pricing Roles & Responsibilities Behaviours to display.
Reporting and Analysis:
•Generate regular reports on sales performance, inventory levels, and campaign results.
•Track competitor activities and market trends to stay ahead in the industry.
Track weekly / monthly / quarterly channel KPI targets to manage budget and resources effectively
Qualifications:
•Bachelor’s degree in any field.
•Minimum of 3 years of experience in e-commerce, with a specific focus on Amazon.
•Proven track record of managing and growing e-commerce sales on Amazon and other platforms.
•Strong understanding of Amazon Seller Central, FBA, and Amazon Advertising.
•Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions.
•Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
•Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Preferred Skills:
• •Experience with other e-commerce platforms (e.g., eBay, Shopify, Walmart).
Salary Range- 30k to 50k
Location- Delhi, On-site only
Working Days- 6 Days
