Marketplace Operations Executive
Location: Gurgaon (In-office)

Commercify360.com is hiring an experienced Marketplace Operations Executive to manage end-to-end backend operations across leading marketplaces. If you have hands-on experience with cataloguing, listing, and ASIN-level troubleshooting on Amazon, Flipkart, quick Commerce , this is your chance to be part of a high-growth AI enabled consulting company managing top brands.
Key Responsibilities
• Product Listing & Cataloguing: Upload and manage listings across platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Nykaa, Blinkit, and Zepto.
• Issue Resolution: Resolve ASIN-level errors including suppression, search visibility, image, content, and compliance-related issues.
• Coupon & Promotions Management: Apply, monitor, and optimize coupons, deals, and promotions across platforms.
• Inventory & Pricing Updates: Regularly update stock levels and pricing based on inputs from internal teams.
• Reconciliation & Reporting: Coordinate with finance team for order/payment reconciliation and raise disputes wherever needed.
• Platform Knowledge: Navigate seller portals across Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, Myntra Partner Hub, Nykaa, and Q-commerce dashboards.
• Marketplace Coordination: Liaise with category managers and support teams on various issues like return rates, penalties, account health, and SLA breaches.
• Compliance Monitoring: Ensure listings meet all platform-specific guidelines and audit requirements.
Requirements
• 2-3 years of hands-on experience in marketplaces and Quick commerce operations or catalogue management
• Good knowledge of Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Nykaa, and Q-commerce platforms
• Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets for tracking and reporting
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Graduate in any discipline (Commerce/Business preferred)
