Job Profile: Service Sales Executive / Sr. Service Sales Executive
Location: Indore ( work from office)
Responsibilities
• Lead generation and cold calling. Also, calls on the leads given by the company.
• Answer incoming calls from prospective customers.
• Use scripts to provide information about Service, features, Prices etc. and present their benefits.
• Ask pertinent questions to understand the customer’s requirements.
• Persuade the customer to buy by Demonstrating how merchandise or services meet their needs.
• Record the customer’s personal information accurately in a computer system and ERP.
• Deal with complaints or doubts to safeguard the company’s reputation.
• Go the “extra mile” to meet sales Target and facilitate future sales.
• Keep records of calls and sales and record useful information.
• Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.
• Coordinate with the prospective customers over emails and calls.
• Handle global sales.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and Identify new opportunities to increase sales.
• Develop and maintain constructive relationships with key personnel, customers.
• Analyze, evaluate and assess performance/sales targets for our different services.
• Proven ability to position products against competitors.
• Ability to work under pressure, Manage sensitive issues and Deliver to tight deadlines.
Requirements
• Minimum 6months experience in service sales/bidding role/TELE SALES/TELE CALLING/BPO SERVICE(VOICE).
• Proven track record of successfully meeting sales targets preferably over the phone.
• Working knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g. CRM software) and telephone systems.
• Bidding profile would be an advantage.
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
• Good at working on excel spreadsheets and PPT presentations.
