About this opportunity:
Own day-to-day and weekly trading performance across International sites (US, EU, ME, Asia)
Deliver sales, margin, conversion, and AOV targets for international markets
Manage the International trading calendar, ensuring flawless execution of launches, campaigns, and promotions
Lead weekly trade meetings with clear insights, risks, opportunities, and actions
Partner with Merchandising & Planning to align stock with trade demand and maximise sell-through
Monitor competitor activity across global markets to inform pricing and promotional strategy
Deliver weekly reforecasts and monthly performance updates for in-season decision-making
Develop insight packs and recommendations for the Head of Ecommerce – International
Ensure International sites are visually merchandised and optimised for sales and conversion
Use analytics and heatmaps to identify customer friction points and implement improvements
Lead commercial execution of A/B tests and CRO initiatives, embedding learnings into site strategy
Brief Brand Visuals team on product priorities and regional content requirements
Manage onsite campaign set-up (promos, banners, navigation) and track results
Identify and influence CRO, UX, and site enhancements in partnership with Digital Projects
Support QA and UAT for international-specific features and improvements
Partner cross-functionally with Merchandising, Wholesale, Operations, and Customer Service for seamless fulfilment and customer experience
Manage and coach the International Ecommerce Trading Coordinator, fostering accountability and continuous improvement
You will bring:
Proven experience in ecommerce trading within fashion, retail, or luxury, ideally with international markets exposure.
Skilled forcecasting reporting, and trade analysis, with confidence presenting to senior stakeholders.
Hands on experience with ecommerce platforms (Shopify preferred), merchandising tools, and analytics (GA4, heatmaps, BI tools).
Strong collaboration and stakeholder management across merchandising, marketing, operations, and creative
Highly detail-oriented with excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Collaborative team player with proven stakeholder management across merchandising, marketing, operations, and creative.
Experience managing and developing junior team members
Strong commercial acumen with the ability to interpret data and translate into actionable trading decisions.
