The BUSY School NZ offers an alternative education pathway for students who have disengaged from traditional schooling. Our Auckland campus provides a supportive environment where students can complete their senior school and gain vocational qualifications, preparing them for employment or further education.
We are seeking an experienced Campus Principal to lead the opening of our new Auckland campus. This permanent, full-time role involves fostering a culture of learning, wellbeing, and career pathways.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead a dedicated team in providing high-quality educational services
Support students in setting achievable goals and ensuring their progress in a trauma-informed environment
Strategic leadership, staff management, and alignment with the school's vision and values

Ability to meet safety check requirements under the Children's Act 2014, including police vetting
